The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is located in Glasgow's west-end, just outside of the city centre, and is easily accessible by public transport.


By Car

The SEC is located just off the M8 motorway. There is a multi-storey car park available offering plenty of spaces, which is operated by City Parking LLP. A limited drop-off/pick-up point is available in front of the SEC Armadillo, with a maximum stay of 30 minutes.

The SEC has its own dedicated railway station – Exhibition Centre – which is just a three-minute train ride from Glasgow Central. There are six trains per hour, departing from Platform 17.



The 100 Riversider service, operated by SPT, runs between George Square (north) in Glasgow City Centre, and the SEC every 30 minutes. Alternatively, the X19 Stagecoach and McGills 23 services stop on Lancefield Street, which is only a two minute walk from the venue.



Glasgow Airport (GLA) serves most major international airlines and is located 8 miles west of the city.

Visitors not only have the opportunity to see the latest spring/summer launches in beauty, hair, barbering, nails and tanning, but also enjoy free educational experiences including the Trends Masterclass Stage, Hair Stage and Barber Stage.

Event Admission Policy

Entrance to Scottish Hair & Beauty is strictly trade only. Free entry is available to visitors who register before the show, and who bring their free tickets with them. Entrance on the day is priced at £10 per person / £5 per student. Babies and children under the age of 14 years will be refused admission and no prams or pushchairs are allowed.
